Some jobs may require an energy audit for the entire building to maximize the energy savings. They will propose a set of scenarios for you to choose between, allowing you to choose the model that best suits your needs. They will draw up a diagram and spec out the technology for each option.

The kind of roof and its condition will have bearing on how and where the panels and inverters can be installed. Aesthetics are always part of the equation.
